Rubber coating applied on Poly-V and synchronous belts

Rubber coated POLY-V and Synchronous belts are employed in many industrial applications, for example in the packaging industry, in the extrusion sector, for both light and heavy weight movement/transport, and more in general in all cases in which controlled movements are required.
This typology of belts was firstly developed for the transmission of power and movement; they subsequently found a wider use thanks to the addition of a variety of top coverings. Novitec offers various coating options using both natural and synthetic rubber, amongst which to choose from, in order to offer the right coating solution for all working conditions.
All of our coatings are, instead they are always heat vulcanized on the base belt, our in-house developed special compounds ensure great attachment between the base belt and the top cover. This allows our belts to have an elevated detachment load, especially when compared to ordinary belts in which the top cover is either cold glued onto it or when common heat reacting glues are used.
